My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home in the middle of winter and Mike was the best real estate agent we could have hoped for. He was considerate of our budget and the fact we were first-time home buyers and was always available through e-mail, phone or in person to answer any questions we had about the process. Mike had lots of helpful thoughts and tips on the whole process and was willing to drive all the way from Toronto out to the Hamilton/Guelph/Milton regions to be present for showings that he scheduled for us, regardless of the weather. He helped us deal with all the finer details, negotiated a lower final price than the initial asking price, and gave us helpful recommendations for various things such as the initial home inspection, the lawyer for closing the deal, a roofing company, etc. We honestly could not have asked for more.
